Guilds
Creating a Guild
To create a guild, you need to:
- be level 30 or higher,
- be the party leader,
- your party must consist of 8 players level 30 or higher (including you),
- have 24kk (million) in cash (the full amount must be with the party leader). Optimally, each member contributes 3kk: 24kk / 8 = 3kk.
When everything is ready — go to your NPC responsible for guilds — the Clerk. This NPC is located in NeutralSafe. This is the only place where you can find him. The guild name can have a maximum of 16 characters. Choose carefully — it cannot be changed later.
As soon as the guild is created, all party members become the Council. The Guild Council consists of the 8 members who created the guild and has the following abilities:
- invite new guild members,
- expel guild members,
- assign members to management positions,
- participate in guild voting,
- and more.
It is important to know that Council members cannot be expelled. However, if they leave the guild on their own, the number of Council members will decrease.
Over time, the guild (hereafter "gch") develops a Management group. Its size depends on the number of guild members. No more than 10 players can be placed in Management. Management plays an important role in guild decision-making and can participate in votes. To increase the guild rank, you must earn a large amount of SP — both solo and in party. The balance is recalculated once per day at 12:00.
The guild has eight ranks. The rank depends on the number of members, total SP of all members, and the guild’s treasury. A guild can have a maximum of 50 members.
Guild Ranks
- This is the rank at which the guild is created.
- The ability to use functions becomes available.
- Rank-up cost is 3kk.
- No new members can be invited.
- Rank-up over 7 days costs 5kk.
- Advanced functions become available.
- Defense bonus increases.
- The Guild Leader receives +30% attack and defense.
Guild Leader
Any guild member can become the Guild Leader. To choose a GL, anyone who has permission to initiate voting (i.e., the Senate or Management) must open the voting menu, where a new voting topic will appear.
After selecting this topic, you must mark the candidate(s) and start the vote.
When the GL is chosen, his nickname in the guild list becomes bright violet (pink). Senate members are green, and Management is yellow.
The GL's text color will also change — it becomes dark violet, which is unusual and hard to read, but you get used to it after a couple of days.
The GL also gains the ability to write a guild greeting immediately after being chosen. When a guild member logs in, he sees the greeting in the chat. The greeting can be changed at any time by replacing it with a new one. To do this, type in chat: #Guild your_greeting_text. Example: #Guild Welcome!
The GL himself will only see it after re-entering the game.
If the guild is rank 3 or higher, the GL receives a special visual effect:
The Guild Leader has the ability to use the Guild Leader Target and Guild Leader Path Marker.
Guild Leader Target
Usage — Alt + LMB on a character of another race or on a monster. A yellow arrow appears above the target. The marked target appears on the radar. If the target is outside the screen, its position is shown with a yellow arrow on the radar. Visible only to guild members.
Guild Leader Path Marker
Usage — Alt + RMB on the map, marking with yellow flags visible only to guild members. Cooldown — 360 seconds.
Guild Emblem
The emblem is an icon located next to the guild member’s nickname, above the character.
The emblem costs 3kk, which is withdrawn from the guild account if it was chosen by voting. To create it, go to the voting topic menu and select the corresponding option.
Next you enter a menu where you must create the emblem by choosing:
- the frame
- the frame background
- the crest
- the crest color
After the emblem is created — start the vote. Any guild member can view the proposed emblem in Business Information. Meaning, you should show it in advance to everyone who will vote (Council and Management) so they can look at it without voting. This way you can get feedback before opening the vote to adjust the emblem or approve it without needing the majority vote. Once approved, the emblem will appear for all guild members.
The Race Leader can assign from one to five honorary guilds. If a guild is honorary, its emblem is displayed on the screen for all members. Honorary guilds share 50% of the taxes from the Huran auction in case of a CW victory.
Guild Hall
The Guild Hall is a hall where an NPC merchant is located, from whom you can purchase certain items. Only guild members can use the purchased items. Purchases can be made only using the guild account, not the character wallet, and the usage count resets every 24 hours.
Depending on the type of Guild Hall chosen during creation, additional items are added to the NPC shop.
Standard Hall — only HP potions and attack boosters.
Upgraded Hall — HP potions, attack boosters, level 50 items (traps, turrets, crafted sets).
The Guild Hall is rented from the Clerk in NeutralSafe for 7 days. This costs the guild 5kk. Money is withdrawn from the guild account. You can enter the Guild Hall through the Clerk by selecting “Guild Hall” in his menu.
Guild Management
Press G and select the “Management” tab. You will see three sections:
- Applications – list of applications to join the guild. You can select any application and accept/decline it.
-
Get Information – you can create a vote on several issues:
- (a) expelling a member from the guild,
- (b) withdrawing money from the guild account,
- (c) choosing the Guild Leader,
- (d) creating the guild emblem.
- Guild Account – the guild’s bank account. Here you can see the latest transactions — deposits and withdrawals, who made them, when, and how much.
Guild Battles
"Circle Battle" is a duel between two guilds, and it begins with a challenge.
The right to issue a challenge belongs to the Guild Council (Guild Leader, Founders). If you open the [Management] menu and select “Declare Guild War”, the following window appears:
- Select Opponent: the guild you are challenging. You can challenge a guild of rank 2 or higher.
- Start Time: choose the time of the battle. The battle will begin the next day at the selected time (you must choose a time not occupied by another application).
- Participants: you can select a limited number of participants — from 10 to 50 players.
- Map: choose the battlefield (multiple maps will be available soon).
- Fee: The fee for participating in the Battle. Each guild pays 5,000 platinum. The money is taken from the guild’s shared account, so make sure your guild has enough funds. (The winning guild receives 10,000 platinum.)
After completing the detailed setup, click the [Apply] button and the voting process begins. Once the guild approves the request, it is sent to the rival guild. If the vote passes, 5,000 platinum is deducted from the guild’s account as a participation fee for the "Circle Battle".
After the challenging guild votes and approves the application, the proposal is sent to the rival guild for confirmation. If the rival guild accepts the challenge, another 5,000 platinum is deducted from its account.
If either side does not have enough money in the guild account, the battle cannot take place, so make sure your guild has sufficient funds. If the battle is canceled, both sides receive their 5,000 platinum back.
The event is officially confirmed once the rival guild agrees to participate. At that moment, the participation fee of 5,000 platinum is deducted. You can check the schedule of upcoming battles from the NPC “Clerk” at Headquarters.
Five minutes before the battle begins, a confirmation message appears asking whether you want to participate. Press [OK] to confirm. One minute before the start, the countdown begins, and when it ends, your characters are automatically teleported to the battlefield. Participation priority is based on the number of available slots — if the limit has already been reached, even if you press [OK], you will not join the battle.
Interface
Upon entering the "Circle Battle" field, the participant will see the following interface:
This interface is shown only to battle participants; others will see the regular interface.
Competition Description
Main rule: the winner is the guild that earns the most points. Points can be earned in two ways:
Score a goal → +100 points
30 seconds after the battle begins, a Gravity Ball appears randomly in one of three locations. The team that brings the ball to the opponent’s Gate earns 100 points.
After a goal, all players are forced back to their Gates, and after 30 seconds, a new ball appears. If a player picks up the ball but does not score within 2 minutes, the ball disappears and respawns at one of the designated locations.
The Gravity Ball is picked up like any other item (press X or Space). A player carrying the ball receives a red glowing effect and the following restrictions:
- 1. Can only use HP potions.
- 2. HP potion cooldown is increased to 3.5 seconds.
- 3. Cannot use attacks or skills.
- 4. Other players cannot use debuffs or skills on the ball carrier.
- 5. Cannot summon Animus or use MAU (existing summons are forcibly removed).
- 6. Cannot use summoning skills (message “Summon not possible” appears).
- 7. The ball does not block physical or magical attacks from enemies.
- 8. The ball carrier gains increased resistance to stun.
- 9. If the carrier is under the Gate, the ball automatically returns to a spawn point.
- 10. Movement speed is limited to 3.0.
- 11. The ball carrier cannot leave the arena. If the carrier dies, the ball drops near the location of death.
Kill an opponent → +10 points
Competitions allow members of one race to attack another race. You can earn points for this. For damaging a single opponent, you receive 10 points. If no player with resurrection mastery revives you, after 15 seconds you will be automatically revived and returned to your team’s Gate. So direct all your strength, skills, and abilities toward defeating the enemy.
If your character dies, you do not lose status points or experience, so feel free to fight and enjoy the competition.
Rewards
After the competition ends, everyone is returned to Headquarters, where appropriate rewards await.
Winning Team:
- 10,000 platinum to the guild account
- Status points: each participant receives 2,000 CP (if there is no winner/loser, 500 CP each)
- Military merits: +1 merit
- Guild honor points = status points earned
- 50% chance to obtain 7 items (it is stated that these can be used to craft a “Warrior’s Box” with a 100% success rate)
Losing Team:
- Status points: each participant receives 100 CP (if there is no winner/loser, 500 CP each)
- Military merits: +1 merit
At the end of the week, the top 5 guilds in the ranking gain the opportunity to claim ownership of a city.
ABU in the Colonies
ABUs are located in cities (Outpost-213, 117, Solus, Anakade, Haram, Numerus) depending on the race. Each race has 2 ABUs that mine +4 ore.
ABUs belong to the two guilds that finish the week in 1st and 2nd place in the guild ranking. To be eligible to claim the city, a guild must:
- Participate in at least 1 GvG (winning is not required)
- Be ranked 1st or 2nd in the weekly guild ranking
The guild ranked 1st becomes the owner of the city **with an Auction**, while the guild ranked 2nd receives ownership of the city **without an Auction**.
In the city with an auction, ore is mined twice as fast as in the city without one.
Only the Guild Leader can activate the ABU.
The UMT can mine ore of different colors (green, yellow, red, black, and blue), depending on which type of ore you need. To start the UMT, it must be charged. This requires a payment of 5,000 platinum (one day of UMT operation), and pressing the “Charge” button (the platinum is automatically deducted from the guild account without voting).
The UMT has 90 slots for ore. If all slots are filled, you must clear space before the ABU can resume mining.
